Heating up of mesh belt quenching furnace in operation guide for mesh belt furnace:

1. The quenching furnace is heated to 200 ℃ for 2 h;

2. The quenching furnace is heated to 400 ℃ for 2 h;

3. The quenching furnace is heated to 600 ℃ for 2 h;

4. The quenching furnace is heated to 800 ℃  kept at 50 ℃ for 0.5h.

5. Injection of protective atmosphere (only when the furnace temperature exceeds 760 ℃)
