Equipment features:

1. The entrance of muffle has an inclination angle of 80, so a large circular arc is adopted at the joint with the muffle horizontal section to make the workpiece stable  vibration free during the feeding movement,  there is no relative sliding between parts.

2. Spray type hydrogen transportation, the hydrogen can be controlled at 15-20 cubic meters per hour, which can ensure the effect  save the cost.

3. The surface temperature of furnace body should be controlled within room temperature + 15 ℃,  the discharge temperature of stainless steel should be within room temperature + 30 ℃
