 Mesh belt furnace is mainly used in special ceramics, structural ceramics, electronic ceramics, functional ceramics, magnetic materials, electronic powder, electronic equipment other fields. The quality is stable reliable, the temperature is even. We realize that, especially for energy saving, many grate furnaces are also suitable for silver reduction of piezoelectric ceramics, ceramic capacitors, etc. at 900 ℃. Silver was dried separated at 350 ° C. The equipment is composed of electric furnace body, transmission mechanism, temperature control device, etc. The operator must be familiar with the basic principle operation process of the equipment, be responsible for the following introduction of the start-up operation of the belt furnace.

1. Turn on the "power indicator" button to turn on the power, press the "quenching wire mesh" button "quenching belt" button to open the mesh belt, adjust the "quenching speed" button "temperature" knob to the network speed required for the process.

2. "Zone heating", "two zone heating", "three zone heating", "four zone heating", tempering furnace "one zone heating", "two zone heating". 3. In the control panel of "zone 1 temperature control", "zone 2 temperature control", "zone 3 temperature control", "zone 4 temperature control", "zone 1 tempering", "zone 2 tempering" control panel, the process press "ent" to confirm.

4. After the temperature of each zone reaches the set value, whether to start oil circulation hybrid swimming according to the process requirements. If necessary, press "open oil circulation" "oil mixing", if , skip this step continue to the next step.

5. Press the "add mesh belt" button, then the appropriate lifting speed according to the process of "increase speed" knob.

6. Open the methanol flow valve, pour methanol into the furnace, control the methanol flow through the control valve. (on oil circulation) (on oil mixing) open the lifting belt with methanol, adjust the methanol flow to turn on the heating switch, set the instrument temperature turn on the tempering fan.

7. Press "turn on blower 1" "turn on fan 2" to turn on tempering fan.

8. At the end of the treatment, the workpiece to be processed can be placed on the hardening band to start the heat treatment.

The mesh belt is composed of furnace body, mesh belt drive system temperature control system. The furnace body is composed of feeding section, pre sintering section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section drainage section. The belt transmission system consists of high temperature resistant belt transmission device. The following describes the operation of mesh belt furnace:

1. Cleaning is very important. The cleaning of workpieces will enter oil gas. The atmosphere in the furnace is obvious, CH4 (methane), CO2 (carbon dioxide) is high, CO (carbon monoxide) is low, it is easy to produce a lot of carbon black.

2. The thickness of temperature fluctuation in the heating zone should be greater than 20-30 ℃, please note that the temperature drop of one area should be greater than the set temperature of 50-60 ℃. When the temperature is greater than the feed should be reduced, in principle, M8, M12 should be greater than the thickness of the parts, the heating thickness should be greater than 40mm, so as to avoid insufficient heating; if the heating is less, one piece should be accumulated diffuse, otherwise it will easily lead to overheating excessive combustion.

3. Remove the dirt the cleaning tank of mesh belt in time, adjust the development habit of network transfer.

4. The energy consumption of heat treatment accounts for 35% - 45% of the heat treatment process. On the one hand, the same species are produced under the planned arrangement; on the other hand, rework is avoided. In order to improve the product qualification rate, self inspection should be carried out timely accurately to reduce the error rate.

5. Considering the possible decarbonization raw materials, the carbon potential is set at 0.36% - 0.45%. Decarbonization upper limit decarbonization are carried out, which reduces the consumption cost.
