
Gas annealing furnace:
The framework of annealing furnace is welded by various section steels. Channel steel is used as main beam for outer frame, cold thin plate is used for shroud, channel steel is used as main beam for trolley annealing furnace, medium plate is used for bottom plate front rear end plates.
Drive part of annealing furnace: the trolley is driven by motor reducer, which drives a group of driving wheels at the front end through chain. The furnace door is driven by the combination of worm gear reducer motor.
Sealing: labyrinth structure is adopted for trolley furnace body sealing, automatic sand sealing knife sealing device is set on both sides of trolley. The furnace door is sealed by automatic mechanism of raceway pressing spring pressing. The furnace body is made of firebrick structure to ensure the furnace sealing. High alumina bricks are used in the pressure resistance part of the trolley, insulation bricks are added at the lower part.
Combustion system of annealing furnace: Several burners are installed on both sides of the oil furnace, the heat flow circulates in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature. Automatic type semi-automatic type can be selected as required.
Flue gas preheating device: a flue gas preheating device is installed at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, the cold air is sent by the fan for preheating, then sent to the burner by the pipeline for combustion supporting. A manual butterfly valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace. It is widely used in the heating, cooling, condensing evaporation process of chemical industry, petroleum, food, metallurgy, machinery, light industry, electric power, ship, paper making, mining, medicine, central heating other industrial sectors.
