In order to prolong its service life, stainless steel cooling water jacket is designed at the furnace mouth seal for cooling. The door lock adopts multi-point handwheel rotation locking mechanism, which can lock the door around evenly at the same time. In addition, the fixing device of furnace door is installed on the end face of the furnace, the movable double hinge mechanism is adopted, which can move with the free extension of the furnace, with sealing effect.
An exhaust chimney is designed on the top of the equipment to discharge a large amount of waste gas smoke generated in the heating process. The discharge flow can be controlled by adjusting the handle of the damper.
control system design
The control system is integrated in the furnace body. The intelligent program temperature controller is selected, the temperature curve is adjusted by setting automatic control. The linear combination is used to control the object. The temperature controller receives the signal detected by thermocouple controls the power module.
Fan position design
The fan is located at the rear of the furnace. The air is blown through the heating elements through the volute the air ducts on both sides. After the atmosphere is heated, it enters the furnace horizontally to heat the workpiece evenly, then it is sucked into the circulating fan through the suction outlet at the rear to fully circulate stir.
Design of diversion device
If the volute is removed, the fan performance will be reduced by more than 50%. The hot air box furnace adopts double circulation mode, the fan is located at the rear of the furnace body, there are two circulation air ducts on both sides, the rear volute has two-way air outlet.
In the hot air chamber, due to the limited space, the expansion section of the volute is short, the outlet area is large, the air pressure loss is large. In the design of volute, the shape of guide vane should be reasonable, the number of guide vane should be 4-8, the installation angle of guide vane should be determined according to the impeller shape flow rate. The width of volute should be designed without touching the impeller.
