Before using the furnace bottom plate, the workpieces should be evenly neatly stacked on the furnace bottom plate, the furnace loading weight should exceed the rated weight. It is forbidden to stack the workpieces in the middle of furnace bottom plate to prevent deformation crack of furnace bottom plate.

During the continuous heat treatment of workpieces, the workpieces to be put into the furnace shall be placed on the bottom plate of the furnace smoothly with special tools, the stacking method shall be in accordance with the second article. It is strictly forbidden to smash, throw throw the workpiece onto the furnace bottom plate to prevent it being damaged.

When heat treatment is carried out frequently for single large pieces such as dies other workpieces, they shall be placed in the middle of the furnace bottom plate during heat treatment, so as to prevent the furnace bottom plate sinking, deformation cracks.

The use temperature of heat-resistant steel products such as furnace pot, furnace bottom plate, material tray material basket must be controlled within the service temperature range of the material used.
