The products made of aluminum alloy include aluminum tube, aluminum plate, aluminum casting, etc. Its hardness is very poor, in order to improve the hardness of the product to heat treatment (quenching), also known as solution treatment. Heat treatment equipment is called quenching furnace, because the quenching transfer time to be fast, we generally use the vertical furnace type.
It is suitable for quenching aging treatment of small medium-sized aluminum alloy products. It is suitable for rapid solution quenching of various aluminum alloy parts in automobile engine parts, automobile supercharger, aerospace, aviation, aluminum alloy rod, tube, die casting, aluminum casting various aluminum alloy standard parts.
Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of heating furnace cover movable underframe. A crane mechanism is installed on the top of square ( round) furnace cover, the material basket can be lifted to the furnace through chain hook. The furnace cover is supported by section steel, there is a pneumatic ( electric) furnace door at the bottom. The underframe under the furnace cover can be moved positioned along the track, the quenching water tank material basket are carried on the underframe. During production, the material basket on the underframe is moved to the bottom of the furnace cover, the furnace door is opened, the chain hook are put down, the material basket is hoisted into the furnace, the furnace door is closed for heating. Quenching is to move the water tank on the underframe directly below the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, put down the chain, quench the material basket (workpiece) into the water. It is suitable for solution treatment aging treatment of large medium-sized aluminum alloy parts.
Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace steel support, detachable furnace top, furnace lining, electric heating element, circulating fan, air guide plate, furnace bottom open door, double speed lifting mechanism, material rack, quenching tank, charging car, control system, power distribution cabinet, hydraulic system, etc.
The shell frame of aluminum alloy vertical quenching furnace body is formed by welding section steel, the inner wall is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel plate, the lining is made of all fiber structure. The heating element is made of 0cr25al5 alloy wire, which is sheathed on the insulating porcelain tube fixed on the furnace shell by stainless round steel. Aluminum alloy quenching furnace body is the core of the furnace, which is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, hot air circulation device, heating elements, furnace door transmission mechanism. The furnace shell is welded by steel plate section steel. The top part of the furnace is equipped with a movable fan. There is a wind direction guiding device in the furnace. The temperature difference in the furnace can reach the design temperature difference by thermal circulation. Hoist lifting device is adopted for the upper lower parts of the material frame, the motor adopts double speed, that is, the lower part is fast the upper part is slow. Refractory fiber is used as lining material, which has the characteristics of good energy saving effect, fast heating up good uniformity of furnace temperature.
The temperature control system uses PID zero crossing trigger thyristor. In addition, the multi-point automatic recorder is used to record the temperature the over temperature alarm to ensure that the workpiece does exceed the temperature. The temperature control value, holding time other parameters of the process are uniformly programmed managed by the intermediate control computer. It is equipped with over temperature alarm device, ammeter, voltmeter on-off indication of electric heating element in each area, has power on interlocking protection grounding measures.
During production, the material basket on the underframe is moved to the bottom of the furnace cover, the furnace door is opened, the chain hook are put down, the material basket is hoisted into the furnace, the furnace door is closed for heating. During quenching, first move the water tank under the furnace to the bottom of the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, put down the chain, quench the material basket (workpiece) into water for rapid solution hardening treatment.
