Precautions for continuous stainless steel annealing furnace:

Before blowing in, the ammonia should be decomposed to the required decomposition temperature to ensure a good air intake condition check whether the nitrogen is sufficient.

Ensure that the steel pipe is clean without oil dust the ground environment around the electric furnace is clean.

Check whether all intake valves are closed, close all inlet valves start to feed nitrogen. First open several valves in front of nitrogen inlet adjust the pressure to 0.3-0.5mpa (inlet pressure).

The oxygen content in the furnace was measured. If the oxygen is exhausted, open the hydrogen inlet valve to keep the hydrogen intake volume at 25-35 m2 / s, reduce the amount of nitrogen to let them air in at the same time. At this time, ignition is started at both ends of the furnace mouth. After the fire at both ends of the furnace mouth is ignited, the temperature control switch of the electric furnace is started to be turned on to adjust the required temperature. At the same time, the valve for nitrogen input is closed, the flow valve for ammonia gas is adjusted to 40 m2 / s. when the furnace temperature rises to the required temperature, 1-2 steel pipes are put out. If the steel pipes are normal when they are discharged the furnace, they can be put into production in a normal way.

After all steel pipes are discharged the furnace, the temperature control of electric furnace shall be closed first, the ammonia decomposition valve shall be closed. Then start to feed nitrogen (the nitrogen inlet pressure is opened to 0.3-0.5mpa), there is no nitrogen stop phenomenon in the middle. The nitrogen can be closed all valves on the electric furnace can be closed until the fire at both ends of the furnace goes out automatically.
